Steven Jim Films was born from my love of capturing connection. Like how you both look at each other. The things you don’t have to say. The knowing smiles. My videos capture the essence of your connection, the raw intimacy, and the small details that are so often overlooked. Because those small details all add up to your wedding day – a day you’ll remember forever.
I'm documenting the biggest day of your lives so it's only natural we get to know each other from the get-go. On Zoom. Over coffee. At the altar. On the dance floor. I'll be your friend/fly-on-the-wall/wedding videographer that captures all the raw, glorious magic of your wedding day.
My films are story-driven, and service orientated with meticulous attention to detail. I’m based out of New York and Florida but I’m always ready to grab my camera and hop on a plane!

The best kinds of stories are the unexpected ones. And mine’s definitely that. I’ve always been interested in photography and videographer but I’m what you might call ‘multi-passionate.’
I’ve been a massage therapist for over 20 years. I loved getting to know my clients and helping them feel relaxed and connected to their bodies. From the treatment room, I set out to quench my insatiable thirst for adventure.
Camera in hand I traveled to far-flung places, capturing animals in their natural habitats: gorillas in Africa, elephants in Thailand, penguins in Antarctica. It was one of these expeditions I got my first GoPro and that was it – I was hooked!
My cousin asked me to shoot her wedding video. I fell in love with capturing and documenting human connection. So much so that I started Steven Jim Films in 2021. I’ve already got to work with so many amazing couples and I can’t wait to meet you two.

Step 3. It’s chemistry call day! We’ll discuss all things wedding and elopement and I can get a real feel for you as a couple. I’ll answer any questions you have, and we can talk through your vision.

Step 4. Following our call, I’ll send you a bespoke price. You pay a 30% deposit up front, and I’ll get the date in my diary!
